Would you like to work with Mission and Passion?

The Total Health Mission

Total Health Physician Group is a medical care clinic dedicated to fulfilling the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church by providing quality, high value, compassionate healthcare that delves deeply into spiritual, physical, emotional and social health. In addition to providing the most scientifically up-to-date medical management of disease treatment and prevention we desire to excel in motivating our patients to embrace healthier lifestyle choices. We are committed to measuring outcomes and costs on an ongoing basis.

Progressive and Innovative

Our nation's healthcare delivery system is currently structured to focus on insurance reimbursement over optimal patient care. Total Health Physician Group strives to prioritize and improve our population's health and the health of its providers. To meet this end, HealthMotivate is actively developing an in-house digital health platform that will encompass nine significant health domains, pushing beyond the basic tracking available in most apps and health tools. Further, we are forming our own insurance company to focus on value based outcomes, with an emphasis on lifestyle, prevention, team-based care, population health, and making friends with patients and staff. Alongside these tools and systems, we seek to optimize and encourage our own providers' continual personal health, growth and wellness.

The Community We Serve

The rolling hills of the beautiful Palouse region draw and inspire artists locally and from many walks of life. Moscow, Idaho, dubbed “Home of the Arts” is also home to the University of Idaho, drawing a diverse mixture of students from both around the state and internationally. Moscow itself is home to many community gathering places, including a vibrant Food Co-Op that supports and promotes a growing trend of farm to table culture. Pullman, Washington is less than 10 miles west, and home to Washington State University, also boasting a vibrant downtown. Opportunities for campus ministry abound, with three local Adventist churches, an Adventist elementary school in Moscow, and a boarding academy located within 60 miles.
